GOLD MAP SPECIFICATIONS: The gold maps are large size and large scale. They are printed in three colors on both sides of the 25 by 38 inch sheet and folded to 4 1/4 inches by 9 1/2 inches. The scale is 1 to 250,000 (one inch equals about 4 miles). Each gold map is a composite of portions of several U.S. Geological Survey Topographic Map bases. For your benefit, contour lines are omitted so that details stand out clearly. You will see creeks, branches, dams, dry washes, mountains, canyons, national forests, primary and secondary roads, trails, power lines, and rural schools and churches. You can tell the direction of flow of every little creek and branch. A good gift.

MAILING OF MAPS: We use first class mail. We try to mail within 24 hours of receipt of your request. If you want the maps sent via priority US mail please contact us for special delivery.  

HOW TO REQUEST MAPS:

Credit Cards.  You may order on-line using your Visa, Master, Discover, or American Express  credit cards. YOU DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card. To order on-line, simply click on the "Buy Now or Add to Cart" button. On the page that comes up click on "Pay with debit or credit card" (and ignore the rest on that page.) A new page will come up. Ignore the PayPal stuff on the new page and simply  complete the form. (The system automatically detects the type of card being used, so you cannot click on the credit card illustrations shown.) The "CSC" blank of three spaces calls for the three numbers on the back of your card. (American Express cards have the three numbers on the front of the card.) Click on "Review and Continue". After review, the last step is to click on "Pay Now". When you click on "Pay Now" the order will be sent and you will receive a confirmation.

PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you may use it instead of a credit card by logging into your PayPal account.

PRICES: A BARGAIN.  Although priced much less, on average, each of our gold maps has portions of $45 worth of  U.S.G.S. topographic maps, plus the benefit of our extensive and costly research of gold mines and gold prospect locations. Text on the maps gives helpful information, such as gold panning instructions, where to look for gold in a streambed, how to tell fool's gold from real gold, and other useful data leading to a good understanding of gold and where to find it. These maps, in color, are a true bargain.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: The S&H cost varies and applies to your total request.

Sets are the best value. The more gold maps requested, the less per map. (Like buying a soft drink from a vending machine versus a 6 pack or 12 pack.) If you believe you may later want more maps, we suggest that you request sets of them on your initial order. You will thus be able to see the products and take advantage of the price per map savings and S&H savings. You may return any excess maps for a refund.
